Custom Logo Coolers provides Free UPS ground shipping in the continental USA. All shipments are insured and are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) from one of our many factories.
We ship UPS ground. If shipments must be expedited we will use either UPS Next Business Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. If you have a shipping number and would like to use your account number or the carrier of your choice please contact an account specialist. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.
We guarantee your merchandise will ship from one of our factories on or before your designated shipping date to meet your delivery date. We will email your tracking number within 24 hours from the time your merchandise ships. Since we ship FOB, you own the merchandise once it leave the factory. Custom Logo Coolers is not responsible for shipping delays from the carrier, lost goods, customs departments, or by any other "Acts of God". Please know we will use all resources available to us to expedite your shipment in a timely fashion.
Split Shipments
We make it easy for you to ship to multiple locations. This can be done when placing your order online by adding multiple addresses in your checkout cart and by letting us know the details associated with the locations/products in the additional instructions field. An account specialist is also available to assist you with your needs.
International Shipments
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or broker fees. We typically ship by UPS and will provide a shipping price. Custom Logo Coolers is not responsible for delays in customs clearance and national and international regulations regarding importing. All shipments are insured and are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) from one of our many factories.
If you wish to specify a carrier and account number for an international shipment, you will be responsible for customs clearance and ultimate delivery of shipment, as well as for duties, taxes and broker fees. You must provide broker information with your order (broker name, address and phone number).
